Dr. Cosgrove

Steven Cosgrove began his academic journey at Arizona State University before earning his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. During dental school, he was honored with the Kappa Upsilon Phi Chi Chapter Research Award for his groundbreaking work on bacteria responsible for periodontal disease and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon in recognition of his academic and clinical excellence. Following dental school, Steven completed a General Practice Residency at Hartford Hospital, where he gained invaluable experience treating medically complex patients and those with advanced dental needs.

Steven has a deep passion for dentistry, finding fulfillment in the perfect balance of science and art it offers. He takes pride in delivering comprehensive, personalized care by tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual. Driven by a commitment to excellence, he stays current with the latest advancements in dental techniques and technologies to ensure the best possible outcomes for his patients.

Originally from Texas, Steven and his family have fallen in love with Connecticut and made it their home. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the beauty of the state, spending quality moments with his two sons, and indulging in his love for music and movies.
